Mullein Tincture Recipe and Uses
Herbal tinctures are commonly used to treat various health problems. Tincture is one very easy method to treat the disease naturally. Mullein tincture efficacious and easy to implement. Mullein tincture can be combined with honey to make a soothing cough syrup. Mullein helps stop coughing and relieving the chest.

Instructions for making Mullein Tincture:
Pick up healthy leaves and flowers of mullein when it blooming and fresh. Tear it into small pieces and put it into a bottle. Do not leave the bottle full, let loose. Next, pour vodka into the bottle until full. You can also add water to melt the alcohol.

Keep the bottle in the closet closed and shake gently every day for 2 weeks. Keep the leaves and flowers submerged into the liquid. If you forget to shake it until a mushroom appears, remove it and start over again.

After two weeks, open the bottle and strain the liquid into another tube to separate the old leaves and flowers. Usually this liquid will be brownish. Add more fresh leaves and flowers material and repeat the process for another two weeks. Filter again a second time, wasting as much leaves and flowers as you can. Pour the tincture into a clean bottle, close it tightly, and store it in a cool, enclosed place.

Dry mullein can be replaced with fresh leaves. If you do not have enough mullein, one filtering process is enough. This herb can still be a great herbal medicine.
